As with Bell's full-size racing helmets, the 1/2 scale Bell Mini Helmet was made entirely by hand by the team of skilled craftsmen working in the same factory where the other Formula 1 helmets are produced.
Thanks to high-tech components, the shell, interior and visor are made of materials similar to those of real racing helmets.
Compared to conventional models, this miniature helmet was designed by Bell, a recognized leader in the racing helmet industry, with a high level of engineering excellence.

The 2025 design for Leclerc's helmet includes tributes to his father and godfather, Jules Bianchi, and incorporates elements from his Monegasque heritage.
